My GolfPro Fittings – Booking and Cancellation Policy
 
1. Booking Policy:
   – Advance Booking: Appointments for golf fittings must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
   – Confirmation: All bookings require a valid contact number and email address. A confirmation email will be sent upon booking, containing the date, time, and location of the fitting.
   – Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your fitting slot. We accept credit/debit cards and other accepted digital payment methods.
 
2. Cancellation Policy
   – 24-Hour Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.
   – Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
   – No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the appointment without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
 
3. Rescheduling Policy:
   – 24-Hour Reschedulinwg Notice: You may reschedule your fitting appointment at no cost if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
   – Late Rescheduling: If rescheduled less than 24 hours before the fitting, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the fitting cost may apply.
 
4. Exceptions
   – Medical or Emergency Situations: In the event of unforeseen medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
